Compare what is actually included

Three quotes can land hundreds apart because they are quoting different work. The word “house” means different things to different companies. Check whether each quote covers:

Walls only, or walls plus soffits and gutters
The driveway, walkway and patio
The roof, which is often quoted separately
Pool cage and screens
Fencing

Line those up and the prices usually start making sense.
